Prep Time: Varies – Roasting the Venison takes the most time

Fresh iceberg & romaine lettuce, carrots, radishes, pea pods, red cabbage, grilled venison roast, and mixed with some Fuego Buttermilk Ranch dressing I keep just for special occasions . . . It’s just homemade Buttermilk Ranch mixed with Fuego-
Directions:
1) COOK: Venison to your liking (I usually cook it medium-rare)
2) MIX: Everything together
3) ENJOY!
