This sauce, made with the Louisiana Firecracker Chili - patent pending - is Fuego's own hybrid chili and this is the only place you can get sauce and salsa made with it. It's delicious, hands down, and amazing how much the flavor profile changes when cooking with it oppsed to raw. It has a sweet, slightly citrusy barbecue hint with as much heat as the Yellow Lantern.
