This is Fuego's first and only Pineapple Sauce. It's thick enough to use as a dip or salsa but goes great basting all sorts of foods - or just mixing it in with them. It has a spicy Pineapple/Pepperoncini flavor but with a smoky heat that comes form the Scorpion Chilis. It's different and delicious!
